Just before the Kurukshetra war, Lord Krishna told Arjuna that it would be immature of him to treat knowledge and action differently, because the wise know that there is no difference between the two.
That knowledge and action are the same is a powerful concept, because it implies that the sensation of effort is transient. When the mind is quiet, then knowledge should direct action, without the interference of anxiety, doubt, fear or excessive conscious effort.
